Not only is the show newsy and chatty, but Mark shares inside tips on how to apply what the show is calling "Great Traits of Champions." This week, Mark's topic is "Go the Distance."

I got to know Mark when I was visited Montreal to participate in the 2006 Outgames. He's a witty and simpatico talker, so I'm sure these programs will collect a whole raft of fans.
