The North American Gay Volleyball Association championships kicked off today in Portland, Ore. For those of you who complain about playing your sports leagues and tournaments in the morning, this one kicked off at 8am. One of the cool things about the tournament is that Adidas is an official sponsor (their D1 ball is the tournament’s official ball). But does anyone know what the tournament’s tagline, “The wetter the better,” means?
