I was watching the exciting Chiefs-Chargers game on Monday night when at the end of the first half ESPN cut to a shot of Chiefs coach Todd Haley mouthing an f-bomb into his headset. I replayed the scene on my DVR several times in slow motion and it’s obvious what Haley was saying. And from everything I’ve read about Haley, it’s not a surprise.
I have no idea why he was mad or who he was yelling at, but it's apparently whomever on his staff was on the other end of the line. I thought maybe I was imaging things, then went to YouTube this morning and saw seven videos uploaded that captured the moment. The perils of live TV. This is the best quality:
