Students and national governing bodies hear about LGBT athletes, while the Warwick Rowing Club again gets naked to fight homophobia

Last week there were two events at major sports institutions covering LGBT sports issues. The Annenberg School at USC held a Sports & The LGBT Experience series of discussions. Outsports was there, talking about the role of the media in these issues. Plus, we heard from many of our good friends like Dave Kopay, Esera Tuaolo, Pat Griffin, Kirk Walker, Billy Bean, John Branch, Wade Davis, Kate Fagan -- the list goes on and on. It was an impressive group of speakers.

In Colorado Springs, the US Olympic Committee held their Diversity & Inclusion Symposium, where Cyd spoke on a panel about LGBT sports issues. National governing bodies from virtually every sport in the US were there, in addition to colleges and pro sports.

And last week we also got treated to photos of a hot college football player and a naked rowing team. We're not complaining!
