To celebrate Jason Collins‘ second 10-day contract with the Brooklyn Nets, Outsports is hosting a contest to encourage everyone to buy his history No. 98 Nets jersey! As you may know, the NBA is donating proceeds of the jersey sales to GLSEN and the Matthew Shepard Foundation.
To enter the contest, just tweet a picture of you in your Jason Collins Brooklyn Nets No. 98 jersey to @Outsports with #Collins98Jersey. We'll select the five best photos and enter them in a public-voting contest on Outsports. The top vote-getter will get their choice of:
- A general registration for Gay Games 9
- A $200 donation to the LGBT Sports Coalition charity of your choice
The second-place entrant will get the remaining prize.
