In a poll we've been running this week, 29% of Outsports readers say gay NFL prospect Michael Sam will be drafted tonight.
Outsports his hearing various reports that some teams have Sam in their potential sights for a third-round draft pick. This is despite many in the media saying Sam won't be drafted until the fifth to seventh rounds.
The big loser in this scenario would be the TV networks. Saturday's draft would be the most-watched final day ever with Michael Sam still on the board. It will be interesting to see when the talking heads on ESPN and the NFL Network start talking about Sam as being a potential pick with he next selection.
