U.S. Women's National Team soccer star Megan Rapinoe has had quite a summer. First, her team won the World Cup. Now, she is engaged to her girlfriend, singer-songwriter Sara Cahoone.
The two each posted the same photo on their Instagram feeds, with the words: "This little lady's getting married."
Abby Wambach married her wife Sarah Huffman two years ago. Meanwhile, we're still waiting for someone in addition to Robbie Rogers to come out in male pro team sports. The women are way ahead on this and congrats to Rapinoe and Cahoone.
