I love everything on
this list & are part of my daily food intake. I add cinnamon to my coffee every morning, I have yogurt every day usually w/ berries. Swiss cheese, yummm! Love it on sirloin burgers, sandwiches, by itself. Any citrus I love! Almonds & soy beans, yummy too! Now the only thing I need to add to my diet is sweet potatoes. When I was kid my mom used to bake them & we'd have them hot , mashed w/ cinnamon, a lil honey, & milk. Pretty much like a cream of wheat. Gawd I miss having that.
