Its just not football and basketball WVU has joined the ranks of the elite. The Women under fabulous coach Niki Brown Izzo has made WVU a top 15 program over the last 5 years. This year her sophomore dominated clubs is ranked in the top 5.

The mens program fresh off their NCAA appearance has begun the season 9-1-1. Their only loss came at #1 UVA. WVU was down a man for much of the game and should have won before the loss overtime loss.

Both teams look to make a serious run in the NCAA tourney.

the men's team was horrid last year and now they won their first BE title and could make it to the final four

and the BE isn't a slouch when it comes to men's soccer

also, the WVU women are a top ten team, last time I checked, as well

WVU women's lost their semifinal BE game but the men's team is in the BE final

the women's program has been nationally ranked for the past few years but the men's program has come out of nowhere
