While Jim and I will be running around all of the venues, we hope you all will come track us down at flag football. We've entered a Team Outsports in the competition.

Jim and I will both be playing, along with two people most Outsports readers probably know: former NFL player Esera Tuaolo and former high school football team captain Corey Johnson. Esera says his husband and kids will be joining him, hopefully cheering us on from the sidelines.

So, come and say hi - we'd love to see you all!

So, Outsports gets ringers to try and win. Just like Mr. Burns hired all the major leaguers for the nuclear plant's softball team. Way to go!

We also signed Michael Strahan, Jeff Garcia and TO and Ozzie Guillen will be our coach. Call us Team Dysfunctional.

Actually, we had a chance to bring a young FSU lineman and passed, so the 'ringer factor' is not what it could be.

We're having an Outsports party at Chicago's gay sports bar, Crew Bar + Grill, on Wednesday, July 19, 8:30pm-10:30pm.

fwiw...I will be playing with a flag football team that is comprised of players from L.A. and San Diego. We'll be in yellow and green. Packer colors...ewww!!

From what I hear, Stinger's team will be very good. Much of that team won the San Diego league this spring, yes? And in the last Gay Super Bowl, they were tough. They beat my NY team 19-18 (or was it 20-19)?

I'm excited!!

Cyd, you may know more about our team than I do. I don't think I even know who all is on the team. I do know that some how Chicago wrangled away one of our best defenders.
