I have been a vegetarian for almost two years, and am having a problem keeping muscle on because I'm not eating the lean chicken and other meat that is required to put on muscle. I'm not sure if I should eat more almonds, nuts, or something along those lines. Does anybody have any advice or is going through the same thing?

I've always had trouble putting on muscles, way before becoming a vegetarian. There are a couple of vegetarian body builders, one of them has a website with information about bodybuilding with a vegetarian diet:

Check out this site. Altho he didn't start out a vegan, he is now, and has been able to keep his size up...Nice guy, too...

I appreciate the info. It seemed like every diet including the one by David Rich is for meat eaters. I actually am going to try the menu on the link you provided Buck.
