A big hit in the Phillipines and some other nations is civet shit coffee. This is made when civets are fed coffee beans. They defecate the beans and the coffee beans are brewed into coffee. Some who drink it claim it has a rich, chocolate taste. I think I will pass on this 'gourmet' delight. I hope the poor civets aren't abused during all of this. I have seen this coffee in gourmet shops and it is available online. OY VEY.
