Love this community. The level of maturity and cool-headed objectivity here is truly something to behold for someone like me. Since I am all too used to moronic over-passionate fans clinging onto their stated positions in "real" sports forums.
Anyway, as a young kid, I was successfully brainwashed into learning the evils of stereotyping and led to believe that those who stereotype are morons.
Yet when I came here, (I am from India) I was genuinely blown to learn from the fracas over "Tough skating campaign" that lots of skaters ARE gay. I knew ballet guys tend to be gay, but some moronic stereotype actually have the ring of truth? Damn!
Questions:
1 Why no separate forum for discussing skating/diving etc in that case?
2 Should one part of skating embrace an extreme sport/skateboarding culture?
3 Where's the love for pro-wrestling? That is pretty gay.
