Would anyone in the San Francisco area like to form some sort of periodic football get together? Maybe once a month or so...

Last year I watched some of the Sunday games and all of the Monday night games at the Pilsner Inn and had a good time. It might be fun if there were other Outsporters that wanted to meet up there or some other place and hang. What do you guys think?

Oh and if anyone is coming in from out of town for a game this year like Kenny and his boys did last year, send me a PM and maybe we could hook up for breakies and beers before the game.

I'm certainly interested Maddog -- the Pilsner would be fine as a kind of drop-by-when-you-can thing, and I could even be persuaded to host a Mon nite game at my place. Keep us posted!

Sounds great Mike. I had a blast at your Super Bowl party this year. A Monday night get together would be great.

I don't think I could host a Monday night as well (I work right up until kick-off) but I'd definitely be up for hosting a Sunday afternoon BBQ type of thing. I'll keep you posted.

Sounds good Bryan. Anyone else interested hooking up for any kind of football watching? College or Pro? Day or night?

Hell I'll even watch Arena Football if the beer is cold and plentiful. tongue.gif

I'm always up for catching a game. I'll keep an eye on here to look for when and where.

Well I've now fully commited to being at the Pilsner on Church Street Saturday morning for college football and Sunday morning for Pro football. On Saturday I'll probably stick around until the Cal game but on Sunday I'll probably leave early afternoon to head to the Castro Street Fair. Everyone feel free to come by and say hi.

Hell, you never know, there might be a shot in it for ya. biggrin.gif

A shot at what? Oh. Never mind.

Maybe not this week, but I will be dropping by in weeks to come. Especially if Brokeback Peyton is in the early game. I'm also thinking about watching the A's road games this week at the Pilsner -- they'll be in the afternoon, I'm guessing, and I'm on vacation this week.

Sounds good Mike!

I'm usually only there for Sunday Mornings but have added Saturday Morning now that Mike has moved to Saturdays as well and T-Daddy was up for it. I've also got an invite to the Pilsner 26th Anniversary Party this Monday night. I hope my body can keep up. tongue.gif

Did anything happen trying to set up some kind of SF Outsports football get together? Monday night games would be good for me. Let me know if anything comes of this!
