DCBucky
Florida is on top -- no surprise there.

Bucky's household very happy -- Badgers ranked #9; my partner's Marquette Gold are #17 (it's also my favorite team for 364 days a year)

1. Florida
2. North Carolina
3. Kansas
4. Ohio State
5t. Pittsburgh
5t. UCLA
7. LSU
8. Georgetown
9. Wisconsin
10. Arizona
11. Duke
12. Alabama
13. Texas A&M
14. Memphis
15. Boston College
16. Washington
17. Marquette
18. Connecticut
19. Texas
20. Syracuse
21. Georgia Tech
22. Kentucky
23. Creighton
24. Tennessee
25. Nevada

Badgers will have a tough December taking on Marquette and Pitt. Early season visit to the South Padre Island Classic. Don't know how it's set up, but Auburn's in the mix. I'd love the match-up of Wisconsin vs. Auburn -- we'd whip 'em in hoops just like we did in football earlier this year.

Marquette plays in the CBE Classic -- if they make it to the semis or finals a game vs. Duke might occur.

Great stuff!

The Missouri Valley was represented well with Creighton (23), Wichita (27), and SIU (29). Illinois being where they were at 30 was not too big of a surprise.
David-Miami
Billy Donovan has his work cut out for him... keeping the returning five national champions down to earth and understanding anyone can beat you anytime... Starting at #1 is only going to make it tougher.

GO GATORS!!!!!

Nope, not at all. That's about where they were in the ESPN pre-season rankings as well. I guess they're factoring in the fact that McBride will be back before we hit the meat of the non-conference schedule.
WSU Cougars
I didn't expect OU to be in there of course BUT seeing Texas in there was a bit of a suprised. They lost 4 starters I believe and yes they have a great player in freshman Kevin Durant but that's about it. A.J. Abrams was the only current player that played significant minutes last year.

OHIO STATE: Their ranking is solely based on talent too with Greg Oden. However, I think ranking the Buckeyes #4 is a bit high.

Gonzaga: Did receive #26 but I figured maybe around 20ish for a ranking. I know they did lose Morrison and Batista. However, Sean Mallon, David Raivio, Cespedes, Josh Heytvelt, Jeremy Pargo, and David Pendergraft are all back. I think Micah Downs will be able to play in January.
