Sad....sad.
Always thought he was better than given credit for. He won titles with Seattle as well as Boston and I thought his team mates always overshadowed him in Boston.......52....wow....

Larry Bird was fond of saying that DJ was the best player he ever played with. I never liked him personally, but he was a warrior on the court. It's unbelievable that he's dead.

Neither did I. Of course as a 6er fan, I hated all the Celtics. But I'll give him credit for being a thorn in our sides. He was one of the unsung heroes for the C's. RIP.
