Five time All Star guard Dennis Johnson died. He was only 52.

Sad....sad.

Always thought he was better than given credit for. He won titles with Seattle as well as Boston and I thought his team mates always overshadowed him in Boston.......52....wow....

Larry Bird was fond of saying that DJ was the best player he ever played with. I never liked him personally, but he was a warrior on the court. It's unbelievable that he's dead.

Neither did I. Of course as a 6er fan, I hated all the Celtics. But I'll give him credit for being a thorn in our sides. He was one of the unsung heroes for the C's.
