Also, a couple of weeks ago the NCAA was threateningto yank (!) his eligibility if he accepted any endorsement money - did anyone hear the outcome of that situation?

Since he's not playing yet, can't he do what he wants? Or has he signed and is thus under the thought control of the NCAA?
