I'm listening to the shortwave, 15,110 kHz to be precise. There's a soccer game going on with an extremely animated announcer rattling off all the details in Spanish. I haven't the slightest idea where the broadcast is coming from, but it's 4 p.m. on the East Coast of the US and thus about 9 p.m. in Europe.

He just did the trademark "goal" cry too. What a hoot.

The Philly meet will inaugurate the new LFF. It's all I can think about every time I past that hulking mass of girders next to I-95.
