Take it for what it's worth, but Yahoo Sports is reporting that a deal is all but done that would send 20-year old Bobby Convey off Tottenham Hotspur. The only snag is when Convey will join them, as DC United officials want him to play in their next two home games.
If Convey departs, he will be the second US player to head to the Premiership in as many months. And what will DC get out of this? Less offense from an already offensively strong team.
