That's not exactly what Drudge indicates. I didn't read the Post article - registration required.
According to Drudge the star of the video (I suspect Condoleeza Rice with a towel wrapped around her head) says that the next attack will be bigger and better than 9/11 and that this will be richly deserved by the American people because America elected (past tense) W and he and his cronies have engineered the murder of so many muslims. So we're all guilty and deserve to die horibble deaths, etc. etc.
I don't think it will matter at this point whether we elect Bush or Kerry. It was electing W the last time that earned us our miserable fate.
Obviously 9/11 was planned long before W ever came along. Ultimately it's our support for Israel that offends them.
Someone ought to point out to Al-Jazeera's viewing audience, after they air the tape, that so far, all their durka-durka notwithstanding, we've killed way more of them than they have us.
They're right though that W would try to spin this as "Al-Quaida Endorses Kerry" but they already told us that Osama was hoping that Kerry would win.

Yet another reason why Bush must be reelected, so he can continue his destruction of the terrorists and their havens. A Kerry presidency will soon mean we'll all be speaking Arabic or whatever those Islamofascists speak. Remember that miniseries Amerika years ago, when the Russkies eventually took over the U.S.? Well, with that flip-flopping, lying, spineless Kerry in office, Amerika will be Allah-ica.
