Just saw a blurb on a local website about former Spokane Mayor Jim West, who is in a Seattle hospital, had cancer surgery and has had complications from the cancer surgery. He has now been downgraded from serious to critical condition..even though I never did care much for the Mayor and supported his ouster last fall..I can still say that how this how thing played out, has been very sad...I should expect that he won't make it through this, and have a feeling he is giving up..will have to see what happens next.

While I don't exactly revel in his public outing, after a lifetime of denial, I'm also not surprised to think this is karma coming back to haunt him. I do hope for the best for Mr. West.
