This used to be it. FDR's first inauguration was 70 years ago today. The 20th Amendment changed the date of inauguration to January 20, but that amendment did not go into effect until October 15, 1933. Thus the last inauguration to occur on March 4 was FDR's first.

Celebrate in such fashion as you deem sufficient.

I celebrated Old Inauguration Day by shoveling snow and mourning the last Inauguration Day.
