I am not so sure I would want Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns as a guardian of the nations health. Perhaps it is fortunate that he isn't in this situation.

Let's see...we have a president from Texas who wears cowboy boots...I wonder if that has anything to do with the lack of testing, which, if mad cow is detected on a large scale, may cause US beef prices to plummet. So add beef to the growing list of consumer items protected by this current administration, harm to the American people be damned.
