John Eisenhower: "Sen. Kerry, in whom I am willing to place my trust, has demonstrated that he is courageous, sober, competent, and concerned with fighting the dangers associated with the widening socio-economic gap in this country. I will vote for him enthusiastically."

With Ron Reagan, that's two sons of Republican Presidents voting for Kerry.

New Hampshire's Republican. Not sure if it's one of the 13 swing states; it's definitely one of the 20.
If you go to the front page of that online NH paper, you can see they're pro Bush, and they're downplaying this piece. The highlighted part of the opinion and ed pages is NRO's Jonah Goldberg on the liberal media ignoring bias. Another opinion writer gets her name mentioned, and her story is on "Bush successfully wooing American mothers." AND the other editorial highlighted is titled "Lie about anything: As Edwards points finger, nose grows."
Eisenhower's piece is buried on the front page: they don't even mention his name in the front box; he just gets billed as the guest "another voice."

Maybe Steven Ford will be next to endorse Kerry.

I believe that was Eisenhower's grandson David. I don't know if this Eisnehower is that Eisenhower's father.

I wonder how many former Democratic presidents' children are voting for the Bushmonkey?
