And this from the party that says let everyone have a chance to vote. Well, only if you're voting for Democrats, of course. Can't have people with whom we disagree or whom we dislike on the ballot now, can we?

No different than conservatives trying to drum up support to get Nader on the ballot in Oregon. They admit they don't agree with anything Nader says.
It's just politics--trying to make it out to be nefarious on the Dems' part is a stretch (even for you, MIB).

If the signatures on his petitions aren't valid he shouldn't be on the ballot. Or are you now suddenly in favor of selectively enforcing laws? And it's not like the RepubliScum have never tried to get anyone's name off a ballot when it suits their needs.
