Just another example of the hell going on over there. How sad and tragic!

Those correspondents are in a lot of danger over there. I don't think a lot of people realize that when they watch their reports on television.

The ever-present dangers they face over there is one reason many of the American journalists rarely venture out of the heavily fortified Green Zone. Imagine reporting on the situation across California if you were unable to venture outside a heavily fortified area the size of the Castro, or even MacArthur Park....
