David Michael Keene, the 21-year-old son of NRA board member and conservative consultant David A. Keene, was arrested and charged with the "apparent road rage shooting" on GW Parkway outside of Washington.

If guilty, rather than prison perhaps he should be barred from carrying a gun or is that also part of the penalty?

Apparently the claim may be that he has a constitutional right to carry a gun, guilty or innocent, but others have a right not to be shot at after an arguement.

If I am not mistaken, that stretch of road where the shooting/road rage incident occurred is where Edwin Meese's son died in a wreck of his Volkswagen some twenty years ago.
