Further evidence the Texas Rangers is the dumbest franchise in the history of Major League Baseball...they want to the W prez library to be at their ballpark! They can put it on the moon for all I care, I just want it kept out of Austin!
Stupid story

Well - they certainly won't be displaying the "Mission Accomplished" banner that the sailors so cleverly devised with NO help whatsoever from the White House propagandists rolleyes.gif

Actually, I think this is one of the most original and interesting ideas to come out of the W mindworld--a library at a ballpark! It would be the only one, and just think, the Rangers would draw millions more fans each year, fans who, after paying their entry fee, could worship at the propaganda altar of W, thus providing the team with millions more dollars to go out and buy pricey free agent batters while continuing to ignore the basic concept that PITCHING IS CRUCIAL TO WINNING! But in all seriousness, I think the idea is novel and would support. BTW, does EVERY president need to have an expensive library? I mean, what about a simple homestead, especially for one-termers? Does anyone give a damn about Millard Fillmore's years in office? Can't we combine some?

Makes perfect sense, the Rangers are losers, so is he...good fit.

I had just always assumed it would be in some corner of the Halliburton offices, pleny of room for his comic books.
