Rush Limbaugh adds to the "sanctity of marriage" via his own divorce The title of this [post] says it all for me.
I love that Limbaugh is joining Gingrich et al on the long list of those who champion the "sanctity of marriage" while they spit on the ideal/image they profess to uphold.
Limbaugh is now ending his THIRD marriage. Gee! sanctity like that you should be able to buy at the 7-11 down the street.
QUOTE
...Spokesman Tony Knight said the matter was personal and declined further comment.
It was the third marriage for both Limbaugh, 53, and his 44-year-old wife, who were wed May 27, 1994 at the Virginia home of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Thomas officiated the ceremony.
The past several months have been difficult for Limbaugh, who announced in October that he was entering a drug rehabilitation program...At the same time, prosecutors here announced they were investigating whether Limbaugh illegally went \"doctor shopping\" to obtain pain pills. The practice refers to visiting several doctors to receive duplicate prescriptions of controlled narcotics. (from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution)

Rush L. is such a hypocrite about most things. He is drug addicted and breaks laws for his habit yet he attacks drug abusers. Attacks divorce and has been married repeatedly. He actually condones the torture of Iraqi prisoners. He said it was a way for troops to let off steam. He is a very sick person. Full of such hatred.

Well, obviously the marriage couldn't withstand the pressure from all those gays getting married in Massachusetts. We all know that straight marriages are going to crumble now that the gays are getting hitched. His may be the first of many.

This is Marta's third marriage, eh? She's 44 and they've been married 10 years, so that means she was 34 when she had already been married two times. Why even bother with marriage when you can't stay married? What's the use?
I don't listen to Rush much, if at all, but has he been spouting off about the sanctity of marriage as this thread's title indicates? I sure hope not, for someone who talks like that and has been married three times by the age of 54 isn't exactly practicing what he preaches.
Oh! The hypocrisy!

Limbaugh & Gingrich both use an old ploy: point the finger long enough at somebody else & maybe people won't notice what you're up to.
