I DID watch the interview. whether I agree or not with his policies, I find it to be of interest and import to hear what the president has to say at a time like this. The importance becomes doubly so when a president answers questions as rarely as this one does.

The low ratings, to me, doesn't tell me about his approval in the political landscape. It tells me about the apathy and the lazyness of the american public when things aren't "entertainment" oriented.
That more people are concerned about the J-Lo -Ben Affleck wedding than what our president has to say on the eve of adressing the United Nations is sad commentary indeed.

I didn't watch W because it's not entertainment, I didn't watch because ever since he read a story about goats while the country was being attacked I cannot look at or hear this man without becoming sick. If and when he says something important, I'll read it online.
