A quote from the book "at the beginning of the recount period, I had erected a firewall between my office and any partisan activity." Well, there's the problem. That firewall is supposed to be full time. If you only put in place after the election's already happened, you're in violation of most election laws in the country.

jqueer - You are right!!!! Ms. Harris was the Co-Chair of the Bush for President campaign here in Florida. What firewall is she talking about, or acutally, who did she build it around.
