What is it with George Bush and his physicals? Maybe someone's drinking again...

"I can't go for my physical this year because I work hard and it's hard work being a war...I mean...peace president." Next thing you know, he's going to go missing in Alabama, again.

I am glad someone has mentioned the possibility that Bush might be drinking again. He looked like he might have had a pretty bad hangover during that first debate. I said that it looked like he was hungover and no one I knew agreed, they said he was just tired.

I've watched a few of his speeches on C-SPAN and CNN2, and he has a tendency to kinda chew air in between statements. His mouth is making this tiny movement, but it's noticeable if you're watching for it...

Bush is a lifelong alcoholic who has never received treatment. I have alcoholics all over my extended family and that's not something you can just stop on a whim. Alcoholism is a disease that needs to be professionally treated. God is powerful, but he ain't that powerful. It's almost a certainty that Bush has lapsed one or two or eight times.
Well my dad quit cold turkey. No AA. No shrink. Just alot of will power, support from my mom and us kids and a hell of alot of root beer.
I dislike Bush as much as the next guy, but this seems like some real conspiratorial stuff here. I mean come on, we've all been guilty of missing a doctor's appointment. I sure know I have.

He has had his presidential physical every August during one of his vacations. How long does a physical take, anyway?

My point is simply that it's an awfully big leap to assume that the reason he missed his physical is that he's back on the sauce. I mean, if Clinton missed one would you assume he was getting a blow job from some chunky intern?

During the Clinton Admin, Clinton took one that lassted four days, and the press went nuts asking if anything was wrong....
