This story from the motherland of John ASScroft: A gay teen was told to change shirts or leave school. Until this event, homophobics t-shirts and stickers were throughout the school as protected free speech. This is disgusting.

That's disgusting. Someone had to wear a pro-gay t-shirt to get them to establish a consistent policy that also bans anti-gay t-shirts.
So homophobia was fine until someone practiced homphilia.
Oh the h....I'm not even gonna bother to say it. I think you get the idea. Regardless of how this turns out, Brad Mathewson wins this one.

I just got done reading this in my paper here this morning. Just another blatant reminder of life in red states now a days, isn't it?

He got the Pride shirt past the metal detectors? He can be gay at school and not get beat up daily?

Depending upon where you live, it has been possible for many years for a guy to be out in high school and not get beaten up. I came out when I was a sophomore and never suffered any harrassment.

Sorry for being a smart-arse. So to come out with how I really feel... I think the problem is that said student was "openly gay". He was a living example that one could be gay, functional and accepted by many of his peers. The educators, that are supposed to be educated, are trying to program and mold students to form to their personal agendas. His gayity might cause members of the champion football or basketball team to become happy also. Give a kid an idea and he might develop it. Basically they made a martyr out of Mr. Mathewson. By doing so they have completely lost control of the minds they are trying to spare from "hellfudge". That is if you accept the illusion of control to begin with. Or is it compliance?
"Homosexuality" is just one of the items on their agenda for a homogenous American culture.
"Hellfudge is a reference to band LARD.
