Ashcroft was a member of a Republican Senators barbershop quartet that included, barf, Trent Lott, and, chuckle, Jim Jeffords, no longer a Republican. I don't remember who the fourth was. Ashcroft's now unfortunately gone solo, and the tuning of the long held notes is all over the place.

Sen. Craig from Idaho was the 4th.
