From an interview with Ryan Dempster by Dan Patrick, in 'ESPN, the Magazine.'
DP: Did you see "Brokeback Mountain?"
RD: I saw it with my wife. And dude, you know what? I'm thinking they could come out with Brokeback Dugout.
DP: So you're Heath Ledger or Jake Gyllenhaal. Who's your partner?
RD: Gabe Kapler. I'm not saying he's gay. I'm just saying, you know, he's a very good-looking, muscular dude.

I'd have enjoyed this more if Dan Patrick weren't involved. I can't help but think he was looking for a remark like "Why would I see that?" when he asked the question.

I find it funny that he has to add in "...with my wife"

For what it's worth, once the Academy Award nominations were announced, Dan Patrick seemed to ask every guest he had on his radio show whether they had seen "Brokeback Mountain" and most who had seen it made a point of saying it was seen with "my wife." If I recall correctly, Dan Patrick saw it because "my wife dragged me to see it," adding that he made sure no other man was sitting in their row of seats. I guess he didn't want anyone to think he was there with some guy.

If The Dreyfus Affair is made into a film (and I hope it is because it's a good book), it'll be interesting to see MLB's reaction, especially if the movie is as well recieved as well as Brokeback Mountain was.
