Katherine Harris, a new freshman member of the GOP House leadership, will be interviewed on the Christian Broadcasting Network's "700 Club" program tomorrow at 9 a.m. Eastern about her new book, "Center of the Storm."

What a shame I have to miss this show. Really. It's true, I swear. It's really a shame...why are you looking at me like that?

Why do they call her "new GOP House leader"? First-term members of Congress don't get leadership posts and such, right?

As vile as she is, I think Harris gets the best makeover of the year award. She was a sea hag during the election scandal, but now she is actually very pretty. She sort of has that Elizabeth Dole, I'm nice but I could snap at any moment and kill you all look in her eye, but the hair and clothes makeover, fantastic.
