Its not. People that have no opinions or solutions of their own can only come up with silly name-calling that would be beneath Kenny, Kyle, Stan and Cartman.

Dubya is not, and has never been, "dumb" in terms of achieving his goals (despite his total lack of intellect). Focus on what's important... not that this week he becomes the fourth (at least) consecutive war criminal to occupy the White House, but that he is the first aspiring American Emperor of our lifetime.
