Funny, but doesnt really answer the question of why America has changed its foreign policy and wants to go it alone.
Going it alone? The U.S.A. was ably assisted in the Iraqi liberation effortd by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, its able military and, in the end, its wonderful people. With many thanks to Britain's extraordinary and gifted Tony Blair.
The British military's intelligent, forceful and well-executed campaign in Basra and Southern Iraq allowed the U.S. to advance rapidly to Baghdad and quickly bring the opportunity for freedom to the Iraqi people. And, we've learned from all the war coverage, the most popular person in all of liberated Iraq is British. It's: DAVID BECKHAM. (Half of the population of Basra seems to be wearing his Manchester United jersey.)
With friends like the Brits, we are NEVER alone.
