Remember a few days when the news of U.S. forces attacking a wedding and killing many, including several women and children? Well, it was silenced pretty quickly by the military saying they found no evidence of it being a wedding and that it was some sort of harboring compound.

Well, again, the military can thank the multimedia world for another problem (apparently Rumsfled has now banned camera phones)......

A video has surfaced and that is pretty apparent that it is the same place as was attacked of the wedding party that the U.S. military said didn't exist.

After hearing General John Abizaid repeating the RNC's line about Iraq=Al Qaeda during his Senate testimony and the daily hissy fits and waspish barbs from General Mark Kimmitt, ON TOP of the conflicting claims and counterclaims surrounding the whole Abu Ghraib torture-and-humiliation fiasco, any confidence I had in these people at the top of the military hierarchy in Iraq is gone.

(I long ago thought "Untidiness" Rumsfeld, "Sea of Oil" Wolfowitz & Co. were incompetents. Every day makes this increasingly clear. Oysters Chalabi, anyone?)

Why not just admit that this was a horrific mistake? It only makes it worse when it turns out that the government is lying and covering up! Don't these people EVER open a f*cking history book? Memo to Kimmitt: no everyone in America buys the crap you keep putting out like it's low carb candy, especially when it's obvious you're lying!
