I know many of you think John Ashcroft is some sort of Nazi. Thanks to this latest effort from the Justice Department, you can now describe him, I suppose, as a "self-loathing" Nazi:

Justice to Revoke Citizenship Over Nazi Past

Amazing mind-reading abilities you have there.

No, he's not a Nazi. Just a sad, slightly ridiculous creep of an ideologue who lost an election to a dead man.

I love this picture of the fascist insect--oh calm down, only kidding. Maybe--throwing the peace sign. Yo, word up! Peace out.

Ashcroft showing the love

Huh? Did you lose your reasoning at the keyboard? "Some sort of Nazi" is quite different from someone who worked at a Nazi DEATH CAMP--Majdanek, no less. Does that not have any meaning for you? If not....

At any rate, this creep ought to be shipped home. Ashcroft's behavior is just fascistic, pure and simple. According to Nat Hentoff, Ashcroft is talking about more detention camps for alleged "enemy combatants." Under the guise of interning enemies of the state and political prisoners, the Nazis launched Dachau, near Munich. But I'm not calling the Attorney General a Nazi now.
