An Austin-based businessman has started an online business to honor soldiers killed not only in Afghanistan and this unjust (my word, not his) Iraqi war but in previous wars, as well. There is also a link for Deployment bracelets for people to wear in honor of someone serving now...

Will there be bracelets for the 101st Fighting Keyboardists who are to cowardly to enlist but cheer from the sidelines?

Yes. They come in two styles: pink and a feathery yellow.

Bracelets are the new ribbons. Remember how EVERY cause had a ribbon? Now it's bracelets. Ribbons jumped the shark long ago. Bracelets, if they haven't yet jumped, are warming up to do so.

I have a blue one that says "Let's Rodeo", a rainbow one, a red one that says "Love, Care & sumthin' or other" and I want to get a purple one that says "Go Vikings" and then I want to get one that changes color depending on your mood.

Oh goody. Another bracelet. Of course I’m still wearing 25 of those black jelly bracelets. Hey, it goes well with my “Frankie Says Relax” T-shirt. On special days, I wear my day-glo jelly bracelets along with my hypercolor “CHOOSE LIFE” T-shirt – in neon green lettering, of course.
I totally agree with JIP. The bracelets, like ribbons, were ok for awhile, but now too many organizations use them.

I've seen news reports about "counterfeit" bracelets sold by the unscrupulous. Claiming they are to raise money for this, that or the other thing, the profit goes into somebody's pocket.

The PF bracelet comes in yellow, and has a keyboard and pom poms engraved, free of charge, only one was sold.

Are their rhinestones on the Jack-in-the-box bracelets?
