WBIS Goes Gay - 12/6 - Baltimore/Annapolis business news outlet WBIS (1190 AM) is now carrying a nationally syndicated gay radio show. The Washington Blade reports that "Life OUTside" now airs the Chicago-based program at 5 PM on Saturdays. WBIS is owned by New World Radio, which also owns DC ethnic outlet WUST (1120 AM), which would better reach the DC area's gay population, one would think. The area hasn't had regularly scheduled gay radio programming since Arlington's WZHF (1390 AM) flipped to brokered ethnic and Spanish a few years ago.....
