More offseason controversy for the NFL as
Michael Vick is being sued for allegedly giving a woman genital herpes.. The league's biggest star (or is it most overhyped star?) passing a sexually transmitted disease won't do much for his future marketing image. And the NFL can't be enjoying this offseason that has also seen steroid accusations and ticket scalping.
Now I don't if this is true. And if Vick knew and didn't wrap it up, shame on him. But it's possible he didn't know. So why is she letting him bang her sans condom? Where is her responsibility in all this?

He's an NFL star, god forbid they should be like everyone else. I've little doubt that she probably ran and told her friends how excited she was to sleep with an NFL player. When those players go out on the town, they are lined up to flirt, etc.

"So why is she letting him bang her sans condom?"
It's called pregnancy from a pro athlete, and for a few women, its better than getting a real job. The risk is the diseases (and death from disease) that may come from trying to get into this position.
Shame on her, shame on him.

As PF said, it sounds like there was a lengthy relationship and she knew him for some time before any sexual relations began. If you read the lawsuit (which is pretty lengthy), it goes through ane explains all this.
Of course, I'm not one to be defending her actions such as not using a condom, no matter what his excuse, but I don't think this is some 'out to get you' thing. I'd be pissed if someone gave me herpes, wouldn't you!? eek!
And this is also a fairly easy thing to prove. To begin, it's easy to find out if he has herpes....it never leaves! And if he does have herpes, I don't think he'll find much sympathy from anyone regarding whether he gave it to her knowingly or not.

NFL tries to stop spread of Vick's....alias! wink
QUOTE
ATLANTA - The NFL is trying to stop the spread of Ron Mexico. Since that name was listed as an alias for Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick in a lawsuit filed last month, a number of people have gone to the NFL's online store to order Vick's No. 7 replica jersey with a personalized \"MEXICO\" on the back.
Now, fans trying to order the customized jersey get this message: \"The personalization entered cannot be accepted.\"
The alias was printed in court documents in a civil lawsuit filed March 14 that alleges Vick, infected the woman with herpes. Vick has said he will fight the charges.
Among the parties listed in the lawsuit is \"Ron Mexico,\" which the plaintiff's attorneys claim Vick has used as a pseudonym. Vick's attorney, Lawrence Woodward, did not immediately return repeated calls to his office this week.
The Falcons haven't commented on the case.
NFLShop.com, meanwhile, has added the pseudonym to its list of banned names, along with obscenities and others deemed improper.

So Vick's running the Robin Williams offense, huh?
Illini, if anybody ever gave me ANY sort of STD, I'd sue his ass from here to kingdom come!
