Did anyone else catch this last night? I stumbled on it, as I was expecting to watch Larry King Live which was on one hour earlier so that this 2 hour show could air earlier. This was a extremely well done bio/documentary done by Christiane Amanpour that took us practically from birth to the present day of the life of Bin Laden, how he became to be who and what he is, the early inlfuences on him which changed and altered him into the terrorist monster he is today. There were several interviews done by various news agencies which never I had never seen/heard before. It was like a 2 hour version of a segment on "60 Minutes." I couldn't recommend it any more highly. I understand it is going to repeat over the weekend on CNN. It was fascinating.

Maybe they should just hand Dick Cheney a gun and some beer and let him go hunting again rolleyes.gif

I'm guessing that they haven't brought Bin Laden to justice yet because they are using him to try to fish out the mastermind...

Last night while channel surfing I came across Joe Scarborough who was doing a segment on this CNN story/show, and he titled it something like "is CNN in bed with Bin laden?" He proclaimed the show was "one sided", and thought it was "slanted", and ommitted way too much etc. etc. I don't know what Joe is smoking, but I don't want any. I still thought it was very well done, and rather detailed into Bin Ladens background and beginnings. Yes there was some omissions like pretty much from 2001 forward, but all things considered I learned some ino about him that I didn't know before watching this program.
