Can somebody explain to me why the police in Columbus, Ohio can't catch this lunatic sniper?

Mdphl: great question. Maybe they should import some of the Cops from the various municipalities where the D.C. sniper was at.

For others like me who weren't aware:

Police link 20th Ohio highway shooting

QUOTE
Investigators have linked 19 previous shootings which took place on or near a section of Interstate 270 on Columbus' south side. Thursday's shooting occurred about eight miles south of I-270.

The serial shootings started in May, although most have occurred since October.

It took our cops over three weeks to catch the snipers... along the way, they bungled a lot of the search!

You can HAVE our cops. Give us some better ones!

Because the sniper hasn't made a mistake yet. Catching a sniper isn't all that easy. Eventually, he will slip up and be noticed. When that happens, the party's over.

Feel free to listen
