And, he seems to be a bit confused about where he is and where he's going:

At a news conference following the US-European Union summit the President first said he was traveling to Turkey on Sunday to meet with NATO nation leaders (the following are direct quotes)

" Tomorrow I will travel to Turkey for the NATO summit. Actually today I will travel to Turkey. Tomorrow is the NATO summit." And later he said:

"As I said, tomorrow I'm going to Turkey for the NATO summit. Today I'm going to Turkey. Tomorrow's the summit."

Today and tomorrow are such complicated concepts, arent they?
