Full Version: Suber Bowl Office Pool - Best Number Combinations?

Wurm
We just got our office pool numbers assigned, and I ended up with Pats 7 Rams 6 and Pats 5 Rams 1. think the first pair is pretty good, but the second one seems to be a sure loser. What are your favorite combos (realizing that most pools make you pick before assigning the numbers)???

I got stuck with Rams 2, Pats 8. I guess the Rams could end up winning 42 to 28 though.

I was hoping for any combination of 0, 3, 7, or even a 4.

Wow, Wurm, how weird. I got Pats 6 Rams 7, which I think is an even better combo. Just so strange how similar our squares were!

Golly, I got stuck with Rams 3, Pats 5. Sucks. Personally I go with the team with the prettiest costumes. But this year is going to be tuff. Neither is wearing feathers or sequences.

I used to play in an office pool weekly for NFL games and this secretary had a system where she judged the winner by their names.

For example, can a Ram beat a Patriot? Rams are pretty big powerful animals with a mean streak. Patriots are just weak humans and would probably lose against a Ram, but Patriots are also capable of using weapons (guns, etc.) So who wins by this method of selection?

By the way, this system doesn't work at all! But, I think it's kind of neat to think about.

Sounds like the system Cyd used during the regular season Pick 'Em game!

Sorry Cyd! I tease because I love!
