An exclusive from the Boston Globe. It appears that from about a year, staff of GOP members of the Senate judiciary had actually gotten into the files of the computers of the Democratic members, and were leaking confidential information to the right-wing press, including Bob Novak.

Now let's see. When was the last time a story like this broke? Watergate?

GOP can't do anything without being rotten and sneeky.

I got an e-mail from the Democratic party this morning alerting me to this. Could they be any more sleezy?? Whats the matter Repugs. no confidence in Shrub winning re-election??. I call for an independant investigation NOT John Ashcroft to get to the bottom of this.

That may be a violation of - of all things - the Patriot Act. Talk about being hoist by one's own petard.

It's all tit for tat. They both do it to each other. They're all a bunch of scumbags.

Petard has an interesting etymology, according to Merriam-Webster: "Middle French, from peter to break wind, from pet expulsion of intestinal gas, from Latin pedere to break wind; akin to Greek bdein to break wind."

So another loose translation could be "Stunk up by one's own fart." Bill Frist's nickname, "Fart-Face" Frist, isn't far off the mark, then. smile.gif

Once again, you've gotta admire the "moral values" exhibited by this administration.

Gotta repeat a joke I heard a while back... (Think like a drunk frat guy)

What is "tat"? Where do I get it? and how do I trade it in for some "tit"?

Here is the story from the Knoxville News-Sentinel and what is interesting in this version is the mention of how Democrats are approving MORE Bush nominees than Republians ever approved when Clinton was the leader of the free world.
