Well, here's another story no one's talking about, which I've mentioned before. Grover Norquist and Karl Rove developed a plan to win the Muslim vote in 2000, in order to give Bush an extra cushion. Supposedly it worked in Florida.

Bush denounced the use of "secret evidence" in the conviction and deportation of Dr. Sami Al-Arian's brother-in-law and friend Mazen al-Najjar, who was linked to the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization (it has had ties to Al Qaeda).
