Just read a headline story off MSNBC, that Bush will seek $70 Billion more for the war in Iraq early next year, assuming he is elected, which is a huge assumption, bringing the total cost of the war to date of over $225 Billion. That $70 billion dollars would buy alot of health care for under insured and no insured Americans, it would also put alot more police officers on the streets of America, while city's like mine, are looking to lay off both police and fire fighters due to severe budget shortfalls. It would also go a long way to bolster homeland security, like pay for better border protection, beefing up security at bus and railroad stations, paying for more inspections at our ports, and on and on...

Wow..."Mission Accomplished" is getting more expensive every day. Who would have ever thought a "Catastrophic Success" could ever be this expensive? Maybe they'll find the money to pay for it when we "Get Around This Corner". Either that or Bushmonkey will be there throwing his doo-doo at us telling us it's Cheerios. smile.gif

Ah, whats another $70 billion...

That will buy alot of flowers for the Iraqis to lovingly toss at our troops.
